Judge Andrew Napolitano recently interviewed congressmen Connie Mack (R; Florida) and Allen West (R; Florida).  During that 6 minute interview, Judge Napolitano posed a question (at about 4:25) to Congressman West about the current financial condition of the US government.  Congressman West replied and, at about 4:55 in the interview said,

“The President is the chief executive officer of this corporation called the United States of America”.
