Beck shot her down today, because she would not admit or deny being a 9-11 truther.
He is either in denial himself or he repeats the issue over & over with lots of double meaning (wink, wink) commentary, to get listeners to dig for more info themselves.  Which ever, I doubt his opinion has much influence over her chances.  Plenty of listeners were probably just as impressed as I was, with her.  KJo

Glen Beck is a stain of a human being.

http://www.examiner.com/x-1449-Dallas-Libertarian-Examiner~y2010m2d13-Me...

He and his giggling gaggle of bi-partisan boot licking psychophants slamming her after she gets off the call are abominable.

I don't know Debra Medina from Adam... but I do know several Texans who i respect and they support her.

There's different clips out there of the interview... the link above has the first 10 mins, including Beck's set up where he trashes Kay Bailey Hutchison... (and then lauds her minutes later after he doesn't jive with Medina's answer to a 911 Truther smear question)...

Her stance on eliminating property taxes -- let me repeat -- ELIMINATING PROPERTY TAXES -- is HUGE... and she articulates how that will be good for TX in fine fashion...

He just blows by that... and goes to the "gotcha" tactics of rumors from "callers" that Medina is a (gasp) 911 Truther...
What this clip above does not play is the full chatter with his studio toadies slamming her after she gets off the call... the video at this link does: http://bit.ly/dr8hz5
fast forward to the very end...

He tries to put her in a box with a no win, you either tow his line of head-in-the-sand-NWO sell out or you get skewered by Beck...

GB: "If you believe the US Government blew up the WTC, there should be no other higher priority."  But implicit in his behavior  and statements up to that is that every other issue or policy you have is now null and void because you are a kook for not towing the establishment party line.

(Nevermind that the 911 Commission themselves were inconclusive:
The list of the Commission’s failings goes on and on, and leads right up to the door of the White House. Reading between the lines of the 9/11 Commission Report, it is clear that even many Commissioners and staff members more than suspected that the Vice President violated the Constitution by seizing command on 9/11, issuing unauthorized orders to shoot down planes (including a misidentified medevac helicopter). But the Commission failed to press the point—and indeed, agreed to have an informal, unrecorded meeting with Bush and Cheney, rather than demanding on-the-record testimony. http://www.buzzflash.com/contributors/05/11/con05439.html - 30 second search for this... )

He's such a frustrating pundit... he does bring up some good intel on his cable show... but he's a shill for the left/right duopoloy BIG TIME and this interview proves it...

The answer that EVERY candidate should prepare for this type divisive, complex, gotcha, disingenuous, political question that is being used to skewer a candidate like Medina is:

Q: Do you believe that the US Government had anything to do with the fall of the WTC on 911?

A: In the form of blow back and unintended consequences to our unconstitutional occupation and meddling in the middle east and doing the bidding of the UN for the last two decades, yes, I do.

Glen, let me ask you this... if Al Quaeda was responsible for 911 and Osama Bin Laden is the leader of Al Quaeda , why is it that no formal charges have ever been filed against Bin Laden... and why did we not issue a hit on Osama via the constitutional Letters of Marquis and Reprisal as Ron Paul suggested we do immediately following 911? That would have saved Americans trillions of dollars and thousands of lives.

He caught her off guard, that's for sure...it's a shame that she issued a cover her ass statement afterwards when she did not need to... it only gives fodder for more headlines... i wish her follow up statement had followed some of the precepts i stated above...

This is amazing to watch... despite the overwhelming evidence that the planes did not take down the towers by themselves, the duopoly collectivists are able to deftly turn the desire for answers about 911 into a third rail for any mainline candidate who dares to be open to the possibility that those at the very highest level of government control allowed a disaster to be the false cause to go to war... like every other single war we've been in has been allowed.

Glen Beck is a sell out.
Go back to your Christmas Sweater shows and stand up comedy with Bill O'Reilly Glen.
You are a stain.

I'm totally with you on this Todd.  What Beck did was hideous.  But I do think, on the subject of 9-11, he is like so many Americans.  They just will not even ALLOW the IDEA, that ANY of our own fellow-Americans, "officials", in charge of our safety, could be connected to out-right killing of 3,000 other Americans.  They just CAN NOT LET their brain go there.  They WILL NOT question the "official" story.  They just WON'T!  They know they couldn't handle such a thing being true.
Beck may have other motives as well.  But we can only speculate. Perhaps it is HIS BIGGEST fear that people would call him a "truther" (= total kook), if he showed ANY sign of considering other 9-11 possibilities.  After all, there ARE plenty who think Alex Jones IS a total kook.
Strange, that use the term "truthers" in referring to people who are deemed conspiracy nuts.
Maybe some good will come of this.  There may be some people awakened by this "third rail" treatment of people who seek TRUTH.  This does lay the subject of 9-11 out there again.  That is good!  kjo
