Obama exposes the dual nature of his oath of office at speech in Mexico

From: http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2013/05/03/obama_blames_us_for_gu...

"Most of the guns used to commit violence here in Mexico come from the United States," President Obama said during a speech at Mexico's Anthropology Museum. "I think many of you know that in America, our Constitution guarantees our individual right to bear arms. And as president, I swore an oath to uphold that right, and I always will."

"But at the same time, as I’ve said in the United States, I will continue to do everything in my power to pass common-sense reforms that keep guns out of the hands of criminals and dangerous people. That can save lives here in Mexico and back home in the United States. It’s the right thing to do," Obama added.

Listen to the audio archive for more on this duality and how it applies to you.

What did these slaves expect?!

Classic case of tyranny with a warrantless invasion and tazing of one of the residents inside? Or, did these folks not understand that their civil rights that are granted by government, can also be taken away by government? Rather, would they have been better off with constitutionally secured rights?

"If this was a domestic violence call, then I feel for the officers in this situation," says Corey. "Domestic disturbance calls are the most dangerous calls. If cops come to your home, there's nothing wrong with stepping outside and having a conversation with the police," especially if these folks contacted 911 or the police on a disturbance.

Discussion: While law enforcement is not responsible for protecting anyone via the supreme court decision... nonetheless, the officers have policies they must follow.
In this instance, make sure you allow them to meet their policy requirements while you retain your rights.

Letter to Corey from LAPD Chief of Police re: Oaths of Office

Corey asks the gov-co why police officers who only had their oaths of office on file in their personnel file, and not filed at the county recorder's office are getting paid, in direct violation of state code?

Turns out the LAPD officers are not state officers and thus don't have to have their oaths on file at the county recorder. But, they do have to have them on file at the city clerk's office... and Corey showed the chief how his officers involved with the Rawsome Food raid, did not have those oaths on file properly anywhere.
The letter, read aloud on the air, thanks Corey for pointing this out.

Lesson learned: US citizens in Los Angeles cannot ask for a keep the peace call from a constitutionally sworn officer...

Common Law ID and Apostille

"The government that our founding fathers originally had in mind still exists, its authority still exists but everything is being operated by a government that the international bankers have in mind for us."

Worldwide it appears that they (central banks) were able to institute these corporate entities and fool everybody into thinking they were governments, when in reality they are subcontractors who have an ability to make a tremendous amount of profit, if they can convince the people of the land that they operate in that, that they are not people, but they are residents." - Corey Eib

Corey explains that if one is domiciled in one of the several states, as opposed to being a US Citizen and resident of one of the franchisees of the federal gov-co, one does not necessarily lose one's US citizenship.

"I now treat my US citizenship as property. So, rather than identifying myself as a US Citizen, I identify myself as having US citizenship." - Corey Eib
