Video: BP Beach Boss Says He Has Authority to Keep Media Off Public Land

Is it possible British Petroleum is the law in Louisiana? Check out the man in the video below who insists he has the right to prevent the media from interviewing workers hired by BP to clean up its mess on the beach. BP says workers have permission to talk with the media, but it would seem after watching the video they are under instructions not to talk to the media if they want to keep their jobs in this jobless economy.

Ron Paul News Conference Sept 2, 2008

Wed, 09/03/2008 - 23:39

Ron Paul addresses the most frequent question in his opening remarks, "Why are we here?"

To save the Republic essentially.

Jeremiah Johnson, an alternate delegate to the GOP national convention in St. Paul, attending the Ron Paul Campaign for Liberty's Rally for the Republic in Minneapolis. Johnson is from Dubuque, Iowa and is an elected alternate delegate representing the 1st Congressional District at the RNC this week.

As a delegate Jeremiah was invited to an event hosted by the Council on Foreign Relations. Here he recounts the question he was able to ask Richard N. Haass the CFR's President, and Haass' response.

A full house of 600+ filled the Earle Brown Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center, north suburb of Minneapolis to kick off the Rally for the Republic at the Real Politics Training session scheduled from 12pm to 9pm. Mike Rothfeld, the trainer/educator/proselytizer had beat up our sense of self worth and unrealistic activist expectations for many hours (making us all better activists mind you), we recently had broken bread together and the air conditioner was not working.

Very well produced.

I have to wonder what is up with YouTube's counter on this song? Wonder if they have a governor on it... it should have over a million views by now...
